We work with trade businesses of 1 to 20 people. Same setup underneath, tuned to how your trade gets its work.
The phone's in the ute and the ute's at the other end of the yard.
Every missed call gets a text, every quote gets chased, and the monthly report shows you what came in and what it was worth.
Burst pipe at 2 am? It rings you. Someone asking about gutters? It books them in.
Plumbing calls come in all hours and they're not all equal. We set the rules with you for what counts as urgent, what your after-hours rates are and who gets the call. Everything else gets booked into your job app for the morning.
Power's out at a customer's place, and you're in a ceiling on another job.
Urgent calls go straight to you. Routine jobs like extra power points or a switchboard quote get the details taken and dropped into your job app, so you can sort them at smoko or after work.
Big quotes take hours to write. Then nobody chases them.
When a quote's worth thousands, a polite follow-up on day 2, day 5 and day 10 matters. Pro also links your job app, CRM and Xero, so details aren't typed in three times, and chases invoices so you're not the one making that call.
You're two coats into a job. Three people want a quote this week.
Website enquiries get answered in minutes and go into your job app as quote requests. Once the job's finished, customers get a Google review link while the walls are still fresh.
Lots of small jobs, lots of messages, not much time between them.
Missed calls and form enquiries get a reply straight away, bookings land in your calendar and invoices get chased automatically. Every customer gets a review link once the job's done, so you don't have to ask.
You can't answer the phone with a gun of sealant in your hand.
You're mid-bead on a shower recess and the phone goes. Missed-call text-back gets back to them straight away, the AI receptionist takes the job details after hours, and quotes for bathrooms, balconies and builders' jobs all get followed up.
If your phone rings while your hands are full, it'll probably fit.
Tilers, roofers, glaziers, handymen, pest control and more. The setup is the same underneath. Book a free 20-minute audit and we'll tell you straight if it's a good fit.
